Humidity Control Ovens (Stability Chambers)

The unit is a double walled chamber, with glass wool insulation. Interior is made of stainless steel and Exterior is either made of Mild Steel finished in powder coating paint (powder coating on both sides of the mild steel) or Stainless Steel. The unit has full-length inner glass door and outside metal door with magnetic gasket and lock. The unit is provided with perforated Stainless Steel trays.

The unit consists of main switch, with fuse (MCB), LCD DISPLAY Microprocessor based Temperature and Humidity Controller. Humidity is directly displayed in % RH measured by capacitance type Electronic Humidity Sensor. Humidity is by steam injection and Forced air circulation for uniform temperature.

Cooling by Hermetically sealed compressor coupled with evaporation coil and condenser, safe guarded by time delay circuit.

Boiler low level cut off device provided. Alarm for temperature / humidity is provided in case of variation. The unit is provided with triple Safety for temperature / humidity over shoot in case of malfunction.

Castor wheels for easy moveability. The unit works on 230 Volts AC and 50 Hz mains supply.

- Centronic Port for printing data on dot matrix printer.
- RS-485 Communication Port for PC operation.
- Controller with three level of password with ID, audit trail, events recording complying  with 21 CFR Part 11, and having LCD display with battery back up to record the  data in case of mains failure.
- Safety devices for temperature overshoot and undershoot.
- Independent Safety Devices for Temperature, Humidity and LED display. (Trip Unit)
- Stand by boiler heater to minimize the downtime.
- Electronic Humidity Sensor.
- Perforated Stainless Steel Trays.
- DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ protocols will be provided.
- Calibration and Validation Certificate will be provided.
