Reactor

The Reactors are design according GMP and ASME norms, in the different stainless steel qualities (AISI 304-316-316L-316Ti) design for different customer applications.
They are designed to be subjected to pressure, vacuum or atmospheric pressure, according to the process necessity.
Our company provides full technical details and specifications for validation purposes (including welding procedures, materials certificates, drawings, working operations manual, certificates of the used materials, etc.)
This documentation constitutes a fundamental element for the equipment validation, to be presented before the authorities that may request it.
The agitation systems are defined according the product, or provided by the customer technical specifications. The most usual is type anchors, helixes, turbines, magnetic, etc.
