Product description
The equipment is ideal for agitated vacuum drying, discharge, and when necessary, CIP wash.
STERIDRY ES is made up of: - A cylindrical-shaped pressurized container with a horizontal axis and two flat ends, one for quick access, and the other is welded to the cylindrical vessel. - A heated agitator, supported by the gearbox on the flat end, rotates in both directions. To ensure a perfect seal for the rotation, it utilizes a double mechanical seal. - A dust filter connects the equipment to the vacuum group - A solid discharge valve, positioned on the bottom of the cylindrical vessel, is mounted flush to the interior wall of the container. The valve can be spherical, semi-spherical or hinged. The equipment is supplied complete with components that provide for all movements (electrical panel) and safety (automation control panel and operator interface), and auxiliary groups (heating and vacuum modules). The equipment can be built in a chemical or pharmaceutical version. For the pharmaceutical version 3V COGEIM can provide solutions that allow installation in a white or sterile room. Dokumentation
